Products

- Our flowers are called “Premium” flowers which means we guarantee their quality, durability, and freshness. They are cut the same day as delivery.

- Our accessories (stuffed animals, wines, chocolates, cookies and cakes) come from pretigious national and international companies.

- Our plants are produced in specialized, renown nurseries with experience.

- Any product that doesn’t live up to optimum quality standards will be replaced with a new product with no additional cost when the problem is our responsibility.

- The plants are the receiver’s responsibility the moment the delivery has been made. Proper plant handling and care is key to a plant’s durability.

-In some occasions, depending on the availability of flowers, the flowers can be changed for something similar to complete the order for the chosen delivery date.

Price

- The prices are in Colombian pesos and include sales tax.

- There is no additional cost for delivery. Delivery is free within Colombia’s urban areas, cities and municipalities. We do not deliver to rural
areas of Colombia.

- There is a detailed product description for each gift we offer including quantities of flowers as well as additional elements.

Deliveries:

- We have same-day delivery in Bogota as long as the order is placed and approved via e-mail or fax by 1:00 pm of the day you need the flowers delivered. You can also specify the day in which you want your flowers delivered.

- In other Colombian cities, flowers will be delivered within forty-eight hours of receiving the order and approving the bank transaction.

- There are no deliveries Sundays or holidays.

- Orders received after 4:00 pm will not be confirmed until the next working day.

- For special seasons like Mother’s Day, Women’s Day, Father’s Day or Saint Valentine’s Day, we do deliver on Sundays or holidays.

-Keep in mind Colombia has many holidays that many parts of the world do not. This can affect your order and delivery times.

- If you make a purchase any day during a work day after 4:00 pm, we will process it the following work day. Then, depending on the destination, it will be delivered the day after processing (with the exception of Bogota, where it will be delivered the day it has been  processed.)

- Purchases made by wire transfers take more time for approval tan those that are made with credit cards or debit cards. This may affect delivery times.

Additional Information

- We guarantee that all information is completely confidential and will not be shared with third-parties or used for publicity without authorization.

- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders if the order doesn’t comply with our conditions or events that are out of our control.

- You can order your flowers up to sixty days ahead of time – thanks to the delivery request date that you choose while you are placing your order.
